Strength Training
Strength training will begin on Monday October 26th. Signup forms will be available in the main office or using the links on the right.
Lifting sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays this session. A detailed calendar will be given the first week of strength training. Sessions begin at 2:20 and will end at 3:30 so students can take the activity bus home. We will be limiting the group to 30 participants. Priority will be given to returning members and/or 8th grade students. Additional Tuesday/Friday groups maybe added if 45 or more students are interested.
